Enzo Soler
Sales leader at a boutique that staffs Silicon Valley startups. Before that, head of sales at Bluelight Consulting and account executive at FullStack Labs.
What I do
I run sales teams and I write software. At Bluelight Consulting I was the first sales hire and took ARR from zero to $1.5M+ in two years. At FullStack Labs I closed 250% of quota on $100k to $400k deals and then built the SDR team that fed them. On the side I built atlas.core, a fitness app for web and iOS, and got it through App Store review with nobody else on the project. If you’re searching, the name is sometimes written Enzo Solér.
Where the revenue work happened: FullStack Labs, Bluelight Consulting, Kin + Carta, FreshBooks, inBeat, Chrono Innovation.
Background
I came up through B2B SaaS on the revenue side: building outbound engines, leading SDR teams, owning pipeline. Most people I’ve worked with either sell or build. I wanted to see the other side of the wall, so I built atlas.core alone and learned what estimates, scope and a rejected App Store submission feel like from the inside. That is the whole pitch.
Born in Brazil, with years in Argentina, the US and Canada. I speak English, Portuguese, Spanish and French, and I’m partway through a BSc in Artificial Intelligence at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, 2026 to 2028.

Tools and skills
Sales and revenue operations
Outbound systems, RevOps, ICP design, go-to-market planning and running SDR teams. The outbound post below is the long version.
Building software
One shipped product, web and iOS, from the database schema through App Store review, with nobody else on the repo.
Working with AI
I use LLMs every day for research, drafts and code. The decisions stay with me, and I wrote up how I draw that line.
Where I fit
I’m useful in growth, go-to-market or RevOps roles close to the founders, where the job is to find the leak and build the system that fixes it, and in B2B SaaS teams that need outbound, CRM discipline and messaging tied to pipeline you can measure. AI startups where the sales promise and the engineering reality have to sit in the same meeting are a good match too.
I’m a bad fit for order-taking sales seats with no room to change the system, for product roles that keep the builder away from users and revenue, and for anything where the AI work is mostly posting about tools.
Field notes
How I built a SaaS alone and shipped it to the App Store
Seven apps that didn't talk to each other, one codebase for web and iOS, and eleven days of App Store review.
Field Notes · 02The outbound system that helped double revenue
Four years of building and fixing outbound at two B2B SaaS companies, and what each step did to the numbers.
Field Notes · 03Building with AI without outsourcing taste
Where I let AI do the work, where I only let it help, and how I tell the two apart.
